The Assessment and Data Team supports organizations and educators with assessment coordination, data analysis and visualization, helping to inform decisions and improve outcomes.

Community Schools bring together families, educators, and partners to support student success through services, resources, and opportunities that promote wellness, and academic success for all.
Continuous Improvement
The Continuous Improvement Team drives efficiency and excellence by streamlining processes, leveraging data, and collaborating across departments to implement sustainable, goal-aligned enhancements.
Educational Leadership Development
At FCSS, educational leadership development services are available for Superintendents and district-level administrators across Fresno County. Our work is aimed at supporting these key individuals and their teams to effectively lead and to build capacity where needed within the context of their own communities so that Central Valley students achieve success.
Systems and Leadership
The Systems and Leadership team is focused on providing targeted support to LEA’s in their improvement journeys. Through individualized coaching, we serve as thinking partners in building capacity in school leaders. Our work aims at finding a throughline between academic indicators and student outcomes.
