This in-person training series equips current mid-level
district leaders with the skills to manage the complex
operations of a K–12 school system. Participants gain
practical expertise in fiscal management, instructional
alignment, governance, labor relations, and community
engagement—preparing them to lead high-performing,
student-centered districts.
